Cancellation Policy

As soon as we acknowledge your order is placed, L.U.V Store will immediately begin to fulfill it. While we can’t make changes after you place your order, you do have a short window of time to cancel the items in your order before they go into processing. Please note, you are allowed to do so within 4 hours. After that timeframe, we can’t process cancellation requests.

Once your items have been successfully canceled, you will receive an email with cancellation details. The email will be sent to the email address entered on the order.

Please Take Note:

* Please get in touch with us as soon as you can since after your order has been processed, you cannot amend or cancel it.

* You can be charged 50% of the payment amount if you insist on canceling or changing the processing order.

* Your order cannot be modified once it has been sent.
