We accept payment through PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet. Making a payment to us through PayPal is easy. You can use your existing PayPal account or pay by credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
REFUND, RETURN & CANCEL
By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies.
Modification / Cancelation Orders.
– You are allowed to Modify / Cancel the order within 4 hours.
– Allow Modify/cancel for any order before the time specified above.
– To Modify / Cancel an order, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “Request for order modification (Cancellation).
- You are allowed to return the goods within 20 days from the date you place the order.
- To request a return, please send an email to: email@example.com with subject: RETURN PRODUCT REQUEST. In the body of the email, please provide the order ID and the reason for the return request. As soon as we receive your email, we will immediately process the information and respond as soon as possible.
All the products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we can offer a free replacement or a refund if the request meets certain criteria:
- a damaged, defective upon arrival, or wrong item
- missing item
- misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design
- materially different from what was ordered.
- item return without reasons
NOTE: Due to the different monitor and light effects, the actual color and size of the item may be slightly different from the visual image. So, any return request relates to this reason won’t be considered. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.
Our policy lasts 3 days from arrival date. If 3 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. As soon as you receive the refund confirmation from our support team, it may take around 3-5 days to process your refund. Once we issue your refund, it may take time for your fund to appear in your account balance (depends on your financial institution). See the table below for more details

NOTE: Refund timing to a pre-paid card depends on the issuer of the card. The refund can take up to 30 days to process based on the policy of the issuer.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (5 business days) before a refund is posted.

If the item returns because of insufficient address/wrong address, you will receive 70% of the item price.
