- We charge shipping for all orders as follows:
– US shipping is $8 for the first item and an additional $3 for each additional item.
– International shipping is $14 for the first item and an additional $4 for each additional item.
When will I receive my order?
Our products are created on-demand to your chosen specification. Hence, it might take time to receive your orders. Please refer to this timeframe:
– On average, orders usually ship after 1-3 business days from the date the production started.
– US orders may arrive approximately 5-7 business days after being shipped.
– International orders may arrive in your country 1-2 weeks after being shipped.

How long will the delivery take in Holiday Shopping?
Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out and arrive.
With holidays, the shipping price for orders is the same.
Will pandemics affect the delivery?
As an impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, production and delivery times have been delayed by up to 10 business days than the timeframe given above. Please be patient as we work to get shipments out as quickly as possible.
How to check order status?
After you place your order, we will inform you about your order status via email. After shipping out, a delivery confirmation will be also sent to you. You can track your package at this link: https://www.17track.net/en.

International buyers: What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Production time
We typically take about 3-10 business days to make your product, depending on the type of product ordered.

- Printed apparel (normal/ partial printing): 3-5 business days
- All Over Print apparel and products (Full Prints): 7-10 business days
- Canvas: 7-10 business days
- Wood & Metal prints: 3-5 business days
- Phone Case, Leather products: 3-5 business days
- Mugs, Posters: 5-7 business days
Shipping time
Customers acknowledge and agree that the stated delivery time frame of 10-21 business days is an estimate, and under certain instances deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame.

All our shipments are provided with a tracking link. Please feel free to follow the tracking link to check your delivery status.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping method.
2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders (heavy shipping product) may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may have some unexpected delays. We apologize for any inconvenience caused
